Returns We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at support@monirajewlery.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges We offer exchanges for damaged or defective items. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if your item arrives damaged.
